FORT WORTH – Manulife Investment Management has purchased Alliance Gateway 11, a 788,160-sf warehouse and distribution center at 5300 Westport Pkwy.
Built in 2007 on 38.2 acres, the project has 930 car parking spaces.
The property was fully leased to a single tenant at the time of sale.
