ARLINGTON – Provident Realty Advisors is converting the former Rolling Hills Country Club into a 96.5-acre mixed-use project.
There will be 220 single-family homes on about 60 acres.
The rest of the site will be home to commercial projects such as senior living space, hotels, retail sites, or a grocery store.
The project is at 401 E. Lamar Blvd.
