IRVING – Kimley-Horn has signed a 25,767-sf lease at Mandalay Tower 2, a 16-story building at 225 Mandalay Dr. in Las Colinas.
Amenities include a restaurant, fitness center, sundry shop, and conference facilities.
The firm will move into the space in May 2023.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Parameter Realty Partners.
