HOUSTON – Lovett Industrial has broken ground on the first phase of 610 Business District, a 113-acre speculative industrial project.
The 388,793-sf first phase will have a 291,459-sf cross-dock building with 36-ft clear heights and a 97,223-sf front-load building with 32-ft clear heights.
The project team includes:
More Architecture Studio, designer;
Alston Construction, general contractor;
Associated Bank, construction financing; and
CBRE, leasing agent.
Completion is slated for August 2023.
