ROANOKE – A joint venture between Magma Equities and Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners has purchased Lost Spurs Ranch, a 240-unit apartment complex.
Built in 2001, the property is on 13.5 acres at 13450 Alta Vista Rd. It has 12 three-story buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, basketball court, playground, and media room.
The seller was Moody National Cos. The deal included the Village at Bellaire, a 580-unit property in Houston.
