Odessa building boom continues with retail & restaurants

ODESSA – Two buildings, totaling about 30,000 sf, have broken ground near the Chimney Rock shopping center off Hwy. 191 and East Loop 338.

One of the buildings, with an estimated $1.5 million construction cost, will exclusively house a hardware store, Northern Tool and Equipment.

The other building will contain three restaurants, one of which will be a Firehouse Subs, and another retailer, according to developer Larry Lee of Leeco Properties.
