SAN ANTONIO – Genesis Capital Partners is developing Park at Westover Hills, a 372-unit luxury apartment complex at the intersection of Rogers Rd. and Western Cross.
The $48 million project will have studio apartments, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and townhomes. Rents will average between $1,600 and $1,700 per month.
Amenities will include a three-tiered pool, clubhouse, and dog park.
Construction begins in January and will wrap in 2025.
