MISSOURI CITY – Logistics Property Co. has started work on CityPark Logistics Center's fourth building.
The 151,200-sf, Class A warehouse will open mid-2023.
CityPark is currently home to three recently completed Class A buildings totaling 454,000 sf. Another 215,000-sf building will break ground in 2023.
Cushman & Wakefield is handling leasing.
