DALLAS – Digital Realty is developing two 180,000-sf, near-indentical data centers in the Dallas area.
Construction will start on a building at 1505 Ferris Rd. in Garland early next year. Opening is slated for summer 2024.
The second building on Edmonds Ln. near SH 121 in Lewisville will open in 2024.
The projects are 90 percent preleased.
