AUSTIN – Hankwood Ventures has purchased 900 West, a 52-unit student housing complex at 900 W. 23rd St.
Built in 2003, the community has two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 907 to 1,171 sf. Rents range from $1,300 to $3,200 per unit.
iBurrow provided $11.2 million in acquisition financing.
