HOUSTON – Lovett Industrial has begun construction on Nexus North Logistics Park, a 567,140-sf, Class A industrial facility off I-69 and Greens Rd.
The cross-dock facility will have a 36-ft clear height, 135-ft truck courts, and trailer parking.
The project team includes:
Boyd Commercial, marketing and leasing;
Pinnacle Bank, construction financing;
Burton Construction, general contractor;
MORE Architecture Studio, lead architect; and
ALJ Lindsey LLC, civil engineer.
Construction began in August 2022 and will wrap in May 2023.
