HOUSTON – X Company has broken ground on X Houston, a 32-story, 756,000-sf multifamily residential project.
The 475-unit complex will have studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. There will also be a 460-car parking garage.
Amenities will include a pool, restaurant, co-working space, yoga studio, and fitness center.
Lamar Johnson Collaborative designed the project. Workshop APD is the interior designer.
Completion is set for third quarter 2024.
