BUDA – Mississippi-based EastGroup Properties has broken ground on Stonefield 35, a 275,559-sf industrial project.
The three-building project will have 28-ft clear heights, 180-ft truck court depths, and ESFR sprinkler systems.
Pross Design Group is the architect. RC Page Construction is the general contractor. Transwestern is the leasing agent.
Construction wraps in mid-2023.
