FRISCO – Brinkman Ranch site at Preston Rd. and Main St. will soon be home to an apartment community.
The complex will have 82 townhome units in two- and three-bedroom floor plans. It will be at the corner of Coit Rd. and Eldorado Pkwy.
It is the second phase of an $118 million rental community project that began in June.
Trammel Crow Residential is building the project, which will open in summer 2024. Hensley Lamkin Rachel Inc. is the architect.
Once called Cloyce Box Ranch, the 5,000-acre site was once the location of the first five episodes of the 1978 TV show Dallas.
