FORT WORTH – Asana Partners has acquired The Foundry District from M2G Ventures.
The six-acre mixed-use project at 200 Carroll St. is made up of 98,000 sf of redeveloped warehouse space. It includes showrooms, creative offices, food and beverage options, and amenities.
It is 95 percent occupied and anchored by Inspiration Alley, Texas’ largest outdoor art gallery.
The seller acquired and redeveloped the property between 2015 and 2019.
