TEMPLE – Two multifamily properties totaling 180 units have been sold.
The 58-unit Plantation Square was built in 1979 at 2411 S. 61st St.
Holly Oaks was built in 1965 at 3320 Thornton Ln. and has 122 units.
Both properties have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
The Multifamily Group brokered the deal.
