SAN ANTONIO – Sovereign Properties and Invest Capital Group have broken ground on Atlantica at Alamo.
The garden-style community will be on 12.5 acres at 5415 Alamo Pkwy. It will have 375 units across eight four-story buildings.
Atlantica at Alamo will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans and 638 parking spaces.
Amenities will include a pickleball court, pool, courtyard, fitness center, and dog park.
Completion is slated for late 2024. The community will welcome residents after completion of the first building and amenity center.
Cadence McShane Construction Co. is building the property. Womack + Hampton Architects designed it.
