MONTGOMERY – Construction has started on Magnolia Springs, a 665-acre residential community.
Phase 1 includes 226 lots. Homes will start in the $240,000s.
When complete, Magnolia Springs will have 2,000 homes, 175 acres of green space, and retail.
First America Homes, Rausch Coleman Homes, and Century Communities are the builders.
