SEGUIN – Maruichi Stainless Tube Texas Corp. is planning a $75 million semiconductor factory in the Rio Nogales Industrial Park.
The 125,000-sf facility will be on 33 acres and create 106 jobs.
Construction begins in early 2023 and will wrap in first quarter 2024.
