HOUSTON – Woodson’s Reserve will begin selling new homes in its 940-acre expansion in early 2023.
Built by Tri Pointe Homes and Toll Brothers, the homes will be on 45-, 50-, 60-, 70-, and 80-ft homesites with one- and two-story configurations.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, tennis courts, dog park, and 115 acres of nature areas and lakes.
Model homes open in spring 2023.
