DENTON – Miami-based Resia is building a 322-unit multifamily project at 3130 Heritage Trail.
The project will consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across two seven-story buildings. There will be a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and business center.
Completion is slated for second quarter 2023.
Regions Bank provided construction financing.
