LEAGUE CITY – WB Property Group will break ground this fall on Riverview, a $125 million mixed-use project.
Riverview will include apartments, townhomes, retail shops, restaurants, senior living, offices, and other amenities.
The city will give the developer up to $14 million in incentives funded by sales and property tax revenue generated by the project.
The first phase will be complete in 2024 with total completion slated for 2029.
