DENTON – Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton, the city’s only provider of obstetrical and neonatal intensive care services, has opened The Center for Women, a $128 million expansion.

The four-story, 215,000-sf project replaced a smaller facility on the hospital campus.

It includes 12 labor and delivery rooms, 23 postpartum rooms, six antepartum beds, and two surgical suites dedicated to cesareansection deliveries.

The expansion’s ten additional emergency department beds raises the hospital’s total to 40.
