​​LAREDO – Crossdocking & Warehouse Systems has signed a 400,000-sf warehouse lease at Pinnacle Industry Center at 1210 Nicholas D. Hachar Rd.

The under-constru​ction facility will be a cross-border​ distribution center. 

Delivery is scheduled for first quarter 2023. ​​​
