KATY – DryPort Capital has acquired a 19.14-acre industrial site for its new project, Riggy’s West 10.
The project will include 325 truck and trailer parking spaces, seven-inch heavy-duty paving, 24/7 security monitor, LED site lighting, eight-ft razor wire fencing, private gate access, electric vehicle infrastructure, and lounge area with shower, restroom, and laundry facility.
Groundbreaking is set for December with completion slated for third quarter 2023.
