CONROE – The Bauer Group is redeveloping Northstar Industrial Park.
The 76-acre project currently has five warehouse and distribution buildings totaling 200,000 sf. It once served as the headquarters for Bauer Group subsidiary NEORig.
New developments will include build-to-suit facilities on the site’s 31.5 undeveloped acres.
Avison Young is handling leasing.
