Built in 1998 at 2716 Barton Creek Blvd., the 250-unit community has one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,049 sf.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse with a coffee bar, outdoor grilling stations, dog park, and walking trails. It was 99 percent occupied at the time of sale.
