​​FORT WORTH – Hillwood has broken ground on two speculative industrial buildings totaling 1.7 million sf in AllianceTexas.

Alliance Westport 25 will be a 1.08 million-sf cross-dock building with 40-ft clear heights and parking space for 504 cars and 233 trailers. It will be along the​ SH 156 frontage road.

Alliance Center North 4 will span 615,694 sf with a cross-dock configuration, 40-ft ​​clear heights, 185-ft truck court depths, and space for 180 cars and 132 trailers. It will be at the corner of Litsey Rd. and the I-35 frontage road. 

GSR Andrade Architects, Peloton Land Solutions, Hillwood Construction Services, Citizens Bank, and Comerica Bank collaborated on the project.

Construction begins in the next 30 days and wraps in the second and third quarters of 2023.​
