IRVING – Touro Co. has purchased two multifamily properties totaling 524 units.
Rustic Ridge at 3005 W. Walnut Hill Ln. and Asher Park at 3149 W. Walnut Hill Ln. were built in 1972 and 1974, respectively.
Amenities include pergolas, dog parks, package handling centers, and pools with picnic areas.
Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) represented the seller and procured the buyer.
