SAN ANTONIO – Jackson-Shaw is developing the second and final phase of the CenterPoint Logistics Park, a 65-acre, Class A, master-planned industrial park at 4235 Milling Rd.
Construction began on phase one in 4Q2020. Phase one had three buildings and 302,518 sf.
Phase two calls for two buildings accounting for 416,000 sf. Each building features space for office, showroom, manufacturing, distribution, and assembly.
Building one is a rear-load and building two is a cross-dock.
