HOUSTON – DLP Capital and Avid Realty Partners have acquired 7 Square, a 402-unit apartment community.
The property has one- and two-bedroom units and amenities such as a fitness center, wine room, outdoor grilling stations, and two pools.
Walker & Dunlop represented the seller and arranged acquisition financing through Voya Financial on behalf of the buyer.
The loan has a three-year term and interest-only payments.
