RICHARDSON – Venture Investment Partners has acquired The Shire at CityLine, an 83,256-sf retail and office property at 2600, 3610, and 3650 Shire Blvd.
The Shire was 85 percent leased at the time of sale. Tenants include Sweeney Eye Associates, Dogtopia, Silver Fox, Shire Pediatrics, North Texas Dermatology, Anaya’s Seafood, Republic Title, Modern Dental, Ameriprise, Re/Max, and Gillespie’s Tavern.
