Presidium Berkshire begins leasing

FORT WORTH – Presidium has begun leasing Phase I of the 1,100-unit Presidium Berkshire multifamily complex.

The first phase of consists of 340 units. The compex spans 352,000 sf.

Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, bar, coworking lounge, dog park, and outdoor dining and grilling areas.

O’Brien Architects designed the complex.

Rent starts at $1,480 a month for a studio apartment.

Presidium Berkshire is expected to be fully completed by early next year.
