Harvest getting bumper crop of single-family rental homes

​ARGYLE – ​Hillwood Communities and BB Living are partnering on a single-family-rental neighborhood in Harvest, a residential agrihood community at I-35W and FM 407, just north of SH 114.​

BB Living will build 191 homes​ ranging from three to four bedrooms and 1,800 to 2,500 sf. The company will also offer on-site management.

The neighborhood will be in the Argyle ISD.

Construction is underway. Preleasing begins in July 2022.​
