750-bed student-housing project underway near Texas A&M

COLLEGE STATION – Parallel has broken ground on a 750-bed student housing complex at 401 First St. The community will be within walking distance of Texas A&M University.

The ten-story project will have studio and one- and two-bedrooms floor plans.

Amenities will include a gaming lounge, smart market, pool, outdoor study and kitchen area, fitness room, and sky lounge.

Construction wraps in summer 2024.​​

The project team includes BOKA Partners, Rogers O’Brien Construction, Alison Royal Interiors, RLG Engineers, Mitchell & Morgan Civil Engineering, V3 Engineers, Infinisys, and SMR Landscape.
