​AUSTIN – Austin Habitat for Humanity has broken ground on its second affordable housing project in Travis County at 6301 Círculo De Amistad.

The .69-acre townhome project will consist of six buildings and 12 units. Construction on the first three buildings begins in 2023.

Homes from the organization’s first affordable housing development in the area sold for around $185,000,​ with the area average being $500,000. The new homes are expected to sell for $200,000.​
