ANNA – Palladium USA has broken ground on East Foster Crossing, a $64 million mixed-income residential community.

The 239-unit complex will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, a fitness center, pool, conference center, children's playroom, dog park, and a clubroom.

BBL Construction is the general contractor. HEDK Architects is designing the project.

Preleasing begins next summer.
