High-profile Frisco corner sold to investor for mixed-use

​​​FRISCO – Centra Frisco Realty LLC bought a 40-acre development site at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and US 380 with plans for a mixed-use project.

Since 2018, the corner has been owned by a partnership that includes Dallas businessmen Ray Washburne and Stephen Summers and investor David Fogel.

The new owner is an affiliate of Frisco-based Bhagmati Holdings.
