Empire developing 110 homes in northeast SA

​SAN ANTONIO – Houston-based Empire Communities has broken ground on Everly Estates, a 110-home community between US 87 and Beck Rd. in northeast San Antonio.

One- and two-story options are available with as many as six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. Homes range from 2,700 to 4,500 sf. Prices will start at $600,000.

Construction begins this summer. Homes will be available for sale later this year.
