The owners will immediately begin modernizing the 116,000-sf office building.
Improvements include an elevator modernization program, new exterior lighting plan, and upgrades to common areas and parking lots. Individual suites will be remodeled.
Gemini Rosemont Real Estate was the seller. Coldwell Banker Commercial Capital Advisors represented the buyer.
