FORT WORTH – A 1,825-acre master-planned development with homes, townhomes, and commercial space is coming to Parker County.
Dean Ranch, which will be near I-20 and FM 1187, could have 2,600 to 3,000 homes.
A 238-acre portion of the project will be annexed into the City of Aledo. That portion will have about 325 single-family homes and 100 townhomes from D.R. Horton and other builders.
Houston-based Levens Capital Partners LLC is under contract to buy 1,500 acres of the site.
