​​​BOERNE – The Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort has been sold. The anonymous new owner took over on June 2.

Tapatio Springs houses 111 rooms, a golf course, dining options, indoor and outdoor event venues, and a 35,000-sf clubhouse.

​​The 220-acre property sustained a fire three weeks prior to the sale. The fire destroyed a spa and fitness center. This is the second fire since 2017.
