Pecan Park Plaza bounces to new owner

​LEAGUE CITY – Baker Katz has acquired Pecan Park Plaza retail center from WFP Pecan Park LP.

The 108,000-sf center is on the corner of FM 518 and I-45.

Pecan Park Plaza is anchored by a Jumping World indoor trampoline park. Other tenants are Dollar Tree, Kolache Factory, and Hertz.

Baker Katz plans to add a new roof and replace the parking surface area.

Occupancy is currently above 80 percent.
