FedEx expanding Cypress facility by 59k sf

CYPRESS – FedEx is expanding its facility at 8787 W. Grand Pkwy. N.

The 59,000-sf expansion began last year and is expected to be completed by the holiday shipping season. When completed, the facility will span more than one million sf.

The expansion is estimated to cost $28 million. Additional work, including the installation of conveyer equipment and electrical work, is estimated to cost $17.2 million.
