DALLAS – KBS has signed three lease agreements at Preston Commons totaling 24,568 sf. They are:
- 16,403-sf lease with RPM Living,
- 5,856-sf lease with a regional financial institution, and
- 2,309-sf lease with Scalar Gauge Fund.
Preston Commons is a 427,799-sf, Class A office space owned by KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III.
On-site amenities include a lobby, business lounge, open-air courtyard, and outdoor meeting and workspaces. The amenities package features a health and wellness center, varied dining options, and training rooms.
