PLANO – Prologis is planning an eight-building warehouse project spanning nearly one million sf north of Dallas.
The company acquired the 64-acre site on Bush Turnpike at Custer Rd. in 2021. It previously housed a large office complex.
The city's planning and zoning commission recently approved plans for the project. Once complete, the industrial development will be one of the largest in the DFW area.
