MELISSA – HighPark Capital has broken ground on a 288-unit multifamily complex in this city north of Dallas.

Farmhouse 121 will have one- and two-bedroom units, a pool, fitness center, lounge, coworking areas, and dog park. 

Construction wraps up in first quarter 2023.

Brownstone Construction is the general contractor. Third Coast Bank is the lender. Cross Architects designed the complex.​​​
