Cawley planning second Parkwood office building in Plano

​PLANO – ​As work finishes up on a 120,000-sf office building at 3930 N. Dallas Tollway, developer Cawley Partners is planning a second one nearby.

Cawley is seeking zoning approval for an office building that will match the 120,000-sf one that’s currently under construction. If approved, the new building will be just south of Windhaven Pkwy. along Parkwood.

The second four-story building was designed by architect Gensler.
