NEW BRAUNFELS – Florida-based Bainbridge Companies has purchased 14 acres at 770 Barbarosa Rd. for a 291-unit luxury apartment complex.
Bainbridge Creekside will comprise one- and two-bedroom options ranging from 800 to 1,100 sf.
The community will have a pool, sundeck, grilling area, clubhouse, fitness center, and business center.
The project breaks ground in third quarter 2022.
