COLLEGE STATION – Buc-ee’s CEO and Co-founder Arch Alpin III is donating $50 million for an academic center on Texas A&M’s campus.

The Alpin Center will serve as an immersive learning laboratory for students. Programs will include hospitality, retail studies, and food product development.

The center will house indoor and outdoor recreational spaces as well as retail and food services.

Mays Business School and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences will be primary academic partners.

The center will be across from the Texas A&M Hotel at the intersection of Wellborn Rd.​
